I did it in the foothills of NC and loved it, but my wife comes first in my life and she loves it here. I can be happy anywhere that includes my wife. I almost lost her to cancer, so now where I live is not as important as who I live it with.

Why do liberals want to destroy others freedoms? Freedom to associate.

Diversity ALWAYS ends the same. Sh!t.
True, it is also up to the owner to sign up for section 8. There a numerous "investors in TV , so the program may be appealing with a guaranteed check every month. There may already be section 8 occupied as many seniors, especially singles, are low income, under guideline around $30,000.

Actually, I was not enamored with Trump, but the more I learn of him and his private life, the more I respect him. He has privately helped a lot of folks and it is too bad that he does not allow these things to be publicized because it would help him in popularity. It now appears that he is a lot of huff and puff, but underneath he is a hard charging worker. He has become successful because he has failed on occasion. He has learned by his failures.

Walt Disney went bankrupt in 1921 and built a billion dollar business.
Henry Ford went bankrupt in 1903 and built a multi-billion dollar empire.

Of course, no one gives the Clintons credit for their rise to multi-million dollar success, after leaving the White House "dirt poor" because most of their money came from selling favors, I mean donors from Foreigners seeking favors and speeches given to big business for fees of half million to million bucks a pop. The only thing they have built is a multi-million dollar charity scam that is being investigated for tax fraud.

So, when liberals cut down on Trump for a couple of his bankrupt ventures, I find it disingenuous. Our country is on the brink of bankruptcy and we have already seen the lack of business sense in D.C. so what does America have to lose?

"So, when liberals cut down on Trump for a couple of his bankrupt ventures"

"Donald Trump has filed for corporate bankruptcy four times, in 1991, 1992, 2004 and 2009."

How many small businesses did he destroy, and the people's lives that owned and worked for them? So just slough it off and the hell with the people.

Not now, but that is what the liberals want. Hillary will continue to push what Obama started.

The TENANT signs up for section 8 and gets vouchers to go house hunting. Right now the federal law doesn't require that landlords accept the vouchers but many cities and states ARE requiring landlords to accept section 8 vouchers. Liberals DO want landlords to have to accept them.

If they do not live in the house, such as a two family, they cannot refuse if the tenant has a good background and can pay the rent. Yes, the tenant signs up, presents voucher to landlord and landlord signs up, house is inspected and if approved, it's a go.

I'd venture a guess that not as many were destroyed in Trumps failures as were killed in all the Democrat started wars. But, that is just a guess. How many died in Vietnam? Something like 60K and then about 50k suicides, right? And how many other wars? I believe that the latest, Iraqi and Afgan combined is small potatoes in comparison. But, I digress.

Do you want to talk about Hillary's failures and how many people have been affected by them? WE can do that, but I know you are too lazy to google so I would have to do all the work. And that is typical mindset for liberals - get someone else to do the work. So, speaking of Trump how many people that got laid off are still not working? Speaking of Trump, how many people have benefited from his investments? How many jobs has he created? How many jobs has Hillary created? What has Hillary done that has benefited America, and not just her?

The thread was not about Trump's bankrupted businesses. An off hand remark does not mean a cause to divert to another subject.
