Barbara Satin Member, Presidents Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships Obama appointed a mentally unstable tranny to his advisory council. Barbara Satin (who knows what his real name is) is Obama's choice to lead the council on "Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. Wow! "She is an active member of the United Church of Christ and served on the denomination's Executive Council as its first openly transgender member. " "The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God. "Deuteronomy 22:5 Satin was married and has three children and he has served in the Air Force (as a MAN), until his medical discharge due to a kidney infection. Once again Obama gives other nations another reason to laugh at America. |

The President's Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships brings together leaders and experts in fields related to the work of faith-based and neighborhood organizations in order to make recommendations to the Administration on how to improve the partnerships it forms to serve people in need. The Council is charged with: Identifying best practices and successful modes of delivering social services Evaluating the need for improvements in the implementation and coordination of public policies relating to faith-based and neighborhood organizations Making recommendations to the President and the Administration on changes in policies, programs, and practices The Council, after conducting its research, reviews, and deliberation, submits written reports of its recommendations. This is the level of quality and caliber of decision making he is capable of generating.
While his number one priority minority group is of course blacks....he takes up the banner of any flyspeck in the pepper special interest or minority group. I think his distorted activist mentality has concluded if he adds up enough minority and special intest groups he may develop a majority....... Anybody hear anything about how the war on terror is going recently? How about the state of the economy that is teetering on the brink of recession revival....again under his watch? Since he has been a lame duck for 7 years his last years performance makes a lame duck look like a derby winner!!! |

Ms. Satin is not appointed to a cabinet post. She's on an ADVISORY committee. A committee that tries to help communities, whether white, black, gay, straight. Ms. Satin is obviously a Christian and would bring those beliefs and values to the committee. I imagine those very beliefs played a large part in the appointment.
As to the quote from Deutronomy, I sincerely hope your wife never wears jeans, slacks or shorts since that should make her an abomination in your eyes. The Bible, especially the Old Testament, has a lot of rules and practices no longer followed by most people, such as not eating shellfish or pork. Unless you diligently follow all of the rules and practices of the Bible, don't cherry pick! Red |
