Default Voter Fraud

The Repubs are worried about ACRON and I am worried about the County Clerk in Colorado Springs. My town is about as Red as TV....just my luck. But funny things are going on here and they won't be on Fox News.

Colorado had all it voting machines de-certified because of hacking problems. But then they decided they didn't have enough time to do something else so they are back in. Now the state employed an IT guy for the machines but they fired him....he shows up in Colorado Springs as the guy in charge of the machines. After looking into his background a local paper found that he didn't have a degree from the college he listed on his application. But the County Clerk will not remove him from the position. So who wants to use the machines....NOT ME.

So I go down to the courthouse to get a mail-in ballot. They hand it to me and guess whats on the outside envelope.... You know the one you mail it in....My party affiliation....Which doesn't match the County Clerks. So all anyone has to do is to see that assume who I might be voting for and into the can it goes.

I have reported this to the Secretary of State Office and the local newspapers.

So what do I do now?

It strikes me about this post......"The Repubs are worried about ACRON "...does this mean that the Democratic party doesnt care about the most extensive registration fraud in our history ?

Just thought this might fit into the subject...

"NORTH KANSAS CITY, MO. -- A North Kansas City couple has been left scratching their heads after they became the victims of a political scam.

Steve and Rachel Larman say a strange credit card charge appeared on their statement this month -- a $2300 donation to Barack Obama's presidential campaign. The Larman's say they don't want this to be about their political affiliation, but they say they're not about to give the Obama campaign any help from their pocketbook.

They said they notified Chase, their credit card bank, to report the fraud.

"(They) said that they had seen-they were familiar with this," said Steve Larman. "It was fraud, they believe through telemarketing but they were going to be doing some more investigations."

I am sorry Bucco but this really cuts it...Why do you always deflect the conversation? I am talking about something that has happened to me personally and you go off on another tangent with your 2 posts.

If ACORN is proven to have committed voter fraud then they should prosecuted to the full extent of the law. But I have found out and you could have too that in most states all registrations have to be submitted even if they are deemed to be false. In this case ACORN should have and most times did mark them as bad. Why do you think that when trying to get a ballot initiative done they have to collect many more signatures than are needed to make up for the bad ones.

Right now there is voter fraud in Colorado Springs and because it is being done by a Repub county clerk you don't care.

I see no sense in responding to you anymore...

1. I DID NOT DEFLECT THE CONVERSATION. YOU said "The Repubs are worried about ACORN" YOU said that, not I. You mentioned one party being worried about ACORN, NOT I. I simply responded to what you said and STILL WONDER why you selected only one party !

2. You do know I assume that the ACORN workers BRIBED people to make false registration !!!!!

Question Not Interested?

Bucco, aren't you interested in the voter fraud in Colorado Springs because it's a Republican?

I am interested in voter fraud by any party in any city, town or state. I am just overwhelmed by the silence on a NATIONAL PREMEDITATED BRIBERYto collect voter registrations.

I really resent your implication on the party thing. I am not, never have been AND NEVER WILL BE A PARTY FIRST PERSON. I was in and EXTREMELY ACTIVE in the Democratic party for years up north...I am a registered Republican now and have NEVER IN MY LIFE VOTED A STRAIGHT PARTY TICEKT as I find that the laziest cop out.

Default voter registration fraud

The alleged acts ACORN has been engaging in is voter registration fraud, not voter fraud.

There is a significant difference. Registration fraud does not necessarily lead to fraudulent voting. It appears that the cause of the voter registration fraud is an attempt by some Acorn workers who are paid for the signatures they get in registering voters. The more names they register the more they get paid.

McCain's ties to Acorn are no less, and probably more recent than Obama's.
McCain attended the Acorn convention in 2006 and was quite complimentary about their efforts.

The political spin about Obama and Acorn would seem to be tied to the predominance of poor, often minority individuals working and being registered by Acorn, a group that tends to vote for democrats. He has no more responsibility for what is taking place than McCain.

i believe if you check,, Obama had a partner when he was an attorney trying to get acorn into Ill. If you check,, the partner was the U.S. Dept of Justice. That is what they are talking about. You would never know it unless you checked into it..

Barack Obama represented ACORN in a successful lawsuit alongside the U.S. Department of Justice against the state of Illinois to force state compliance with a federal voting access law.

This lawsuit occurred in 1995, with Obama working alongside the US Dept of Justice in support of ACORN. I don't think this qualifies as indicating support or any recent ties to ACORN. That was my previous point, MCCain indicated support for ACORN far more recently than Obama, although I don't really think either has any voter tie frauds worth mentioning other than by those attempting a smear campaign.

1. Sen Obama's campaign paid $832,598.00 to Citizens Service Inc. in February of this year. Citizens Service Inc. is a consulting firm used by ACORN. They orignally said this payment was for "staging, sound, lighting". They then ammended that in August to reflect that it actually was for "get out the vote" campaign.

2. In many states over the years, Rev Jackson, etal have worked very hard to not have ID for voters which means in those states NO ID is required, thus I suppose but DO NOT KNOW HOW IT WILL WORK, those registered as Mickey Mouse can vote since they do not have to provide any ID.

On point 2 I will accept correction as I am not sure how many states, etc this will affect.

On point 1, it is a fact of Fed Election Commission filings ! ACORN is not commenting on how much of the over $800,000.00 was spent on their voter registration.

I am not accussing Sen Obama or his campaign but there sure seems to be some affliation here of some kind. I dont care WHO or how but I think to bribe people to register to vote over and over is absolutely unacceptable !

Finally....

Close to one in every three newly registered Ohio voters will end up on court-ordered lists being sent to county election boards because they have some discrepancy in their records, an elections spokesman said Wednesday.

"I am just overwhelmed by the silence on a NATIONAL PREMEDITATED BRIBERYto collect voter registrations."

yeah, I can understand that.....kind like how overwhelmed I felt when the supreme court gave an election to Bush in a NATIONAL PREMEDITATED way. Really grinds on a fella doesn't it?
