Sorry, your historical ignorance is showing ...

Weakness is dangerous and provocative ...

Obie is off the charts weak and limp wristed ...

To the contrary, he is putting our grandkids at a HUGE risk in ways that are predictable ...

Now, maybe you are right but I will never forgive our blase attitude toward this situation while we were preaching justice within our borders and ignoring that situation.

We pay to kill babies.....we pay for money for students IN INDONESIA to get degrees (I just read that)... so much other things and all this took was a commitent to training and we turned our back on such terrible terrible unspeakable suffering.

Now, we must just take what comes. We are not in the drivers seat any longer ...sad really.....did you read about Iran buying from Russia an air defense missle system to protect Iran from us. Iran gets richer, Russia gets stronger and more influential and you are right...it is time to just give it up.
Thank you for the respectful and thought out reply to my post. Our country is so polarized now it is destroying us from within. This forum is a very good example of that. My big issue is we are not paying for any of this now just taking money from next generation with no sacrifice of our own to be in a conflict many want to escalate. When we have our kids in harms way in middle east and our so called leaders are spilling their guts to Fox news daily. This surely must amuse our enemies. There are retired military people drawing obcene pensions and critizing our every move this president tries to make. I see these people as no better than Edward Snowden.

I can't stand Obama but watching the situation unfold in Syria is too much even for me.

Obama is this innocent little baby lamb about to be consumed and shredded by a pack of vicious wolves

He doesn't even seem to realize how pathetic he (and thus America) looks!! WTF???

If you see retired military as no better than Snowden, that simply tells us you don't see very well at all. As in distorted or blind or who know what? You like respectful replies to your post but then bend over and insult retired vets? Nice job.

In the meantime, where and when did you serve?

When, if ever, will you stop complaining about the military and there pensions? This seems to be a common theme with you. You sound like a broken record.

I don't get the Fox News reference Indy way. Actually, I have no idea what you meant by that.

Each cable news network has hired retired military folks to give insights. Certainly not exclusive to Fox.

PLEASE, EXPLAIN WHAT LEADER OF OUR COUNTRY "SPILLED THEIR GUTS TO FOX NEWS ?

I seriously believe you made that up because it never happened.

Each network will interview current leaders, for sure, but your reference to Fox News, from my perspective says much about your stance, unless you can provide what the hey you are speaking of.

Generally speaking, liberals don't serve in the military...it's beneath them. They identify with the "what can your country do for you " crowd rather than the "what can you do for your country" crowd. JFK must be so proud.

I also suppose that you want no criticism of the guy in the WH no matter what ?

I refer to him as "the guy" because in the last 2 years I have lost all respect for the man.

Anyone who will sit idly and watch people slaughtered in Syria while lecturing others has not gained my respect.

Four years.....if you check back on this forum, there were thread begun about Syria. In one case about 18 months ago about the gassing and slaughtering of small children, and nobody, not one person here responded. This while discussing in great detail, people rioting in our streets because a policeman killed a young man who committed a crime, and those rioters judged (later to found wrong and the policeman right) the policeman instantly because he was white.

Yeah, folks were on here lecturing everyone, and then the President lectured us, while ignoring this slaughter.

There were threads on here calling out about Syria, which were actually laughed at.

I suppose the Justice we want has limitations....kill who you want, as long as they are not black, and they are across the globe fighting for their own Justice.

It really gets old, and your problem is Fox News ?

Occam Razor Who is Obama's top advisor? Whom does he listen to more than even his wife, his staff, his generals? Why Valerie Jarett of course. And what is Valerie Jarett's nationality Iranian of course. This is such a well established fact that reported have been known to kid one another by saying if you want answers skip Obama and go directly to Jarett

So has Obama's actions over these last 8 years really been a mystery. Really!

Personal Best Regards:

I have to agree with you on that ... you have a point in the liberals skate as oppose to serve. Plus, they don't like guns

It's a lot easier for them to cover up cowardice by saying they oppose guns and killing. Although, killing babies is OK.
