That's EXACTLY what has happened...to "equalize" them, they protected them and gave them special privileges. AGAINST those who are brighter and better. Out of the remaining 20%...you'd be lucky to find 1% that "we", white people would call a "successful" black family.

You'd be one of the 1%. Unfortunately, the other 99% aren't worth the money we send, the food we provide, the housing we provide, the education we provide, the jobs we provide. We pretty much HAVE to provide everything for them. They're NOT worth keeping around that 1%.
