That debt means nothing without seeing all the Cross- collateralization likely involved in these large buildings.

Just looking at public mortgages/liens is only looking at piece of the puzzle.

his lending I'm sure is beyond the scope of most of us.

the time to be concerned is if you see him selling properties off.
