Men are usually protective and generally dependable around women. At least that is my experience.

P.S. My husband beat our Ladies Country Club Champ just using his putter. (Nine holes) She still loves him.

The people we know and play golf with don't talk like that. They say a young woman could beat him, which is probably true.

He has always been a good golfer and he still is.

There have been only two people in all of the times I have been to Crispers who did not act warm, kind, genuine, happy, and so glad to be there.

Did I understand that you now recall meeting Rubicon when in the last week you told me you never did ? Then telling me how dissapointed you are with me, to which I asked why and you just ignored me.

Only ask because I think you know how I feel about honesty and if you lied, that would dissapoint me.

I was eviscerating RubiTHECon a couple of months ago about his lying, soapbox rants and she jumped in to defend him...and stated that he was a "nice dresser."

She also has a blatant lie in her photo album and obviously...has no relationship with honesty.

As if she thinks everyone is stupid...and just automatically believes her.

OR, she has early onset of dementia...in which case I would be willing to cut her a little slack.

I wouldn't wish that on anyone...not even her.

I will say this once again. I have never met Rubicon. I tried to get a group of Republican posters together a little more than a year ago for dinner along with their spouses but couldn't make it happen.Billethekid's wife had just had surgery and we just dropped the idea. I have never met Rubicon but I have read his posts for many years.

It is my opinion that he is a decent soul, and a smart one too. I didn't say anything about the way he dresses because I don't know. I would have to assume he dresses like any successful retired person who lives here. Nicely and comfortably.
