Fossil fuel such as coal is destructive and costs more to produce than solar power. Its mining and use should be discontinued worldwide in favor of alternative energy. Here is yet another viable alternative..
Plastic is produced using oil. No oil, no plastic.

Gracie...STOP saying things that are NOT true...

OIL runs the world. Without oil, the world as we know it stops and we go back to sticks and stones. Without oil, there is NO western civilization.

Don't believe the propaganda...

Do you DENY any of the generalities I made? I suggest you think carefully or end up like the "guy" who claimed more women voted for Trump than Clinton. Shown to be as wrong as you will be when you attempt to show me otherwise.

We're not the same you and I Gracie...I'll bet you ANYTHING that I can beat you in most anything...why? Because you're a woman and men CAN beat MOST women at anything. Oh, a woman will have a few skills that she's good at, even better than the average man. But overall...GENERALLY...typical men wipe the floor with typical women in just about everything. Physically and mentally. There are very few things that women do better than men.

Talk about impeachment is completely and utterly absurd.

And that is many people's problem....not singling you out...MOST people believe blindly what they hear, especially if it's coming from figures of authority.

Like I have said before, it's not personal. If I attack defensively, it's just my wish to shut someone up so that we can discuss issues not someone's petty little petulance over losing the election. I normally do not stay on a political forum after an election, just during the campaign. I have already gotten a bit bored with the childish crying on here and accusations of someone or another being a big meanie. For crying out loud if you don't like what someone says, either buck up and take it like an adult or leave. Adults do not need an "ignore" button. Adults walk away or pass over/around the petulance.

Nothing personal TAL. It does not even bother me when you don't get my moniker correct. Sometimes I even grin when I see the spelling.

Don't worry, I won't be on here much anymore. Only when I am bored, if that. Most likely I will forgo the useless banter and wait until another campaign season starts. That is, if I even care by then.

To make this post relevant, I am very satisfied with what Trump has been accomplishing so far, even with all the adversity. He has far exceeded my expectations. To think, I didn't even vote for him in the primary. My thoughts have been wondering lately just how long it will be before the left wakes up and see that they have been scammed by their so-called leaders. I wonder when you all will realize how dangerous George Soros is to democracy and freedom. I wonder when you all will finally be relieved that Hillary did not get elected, and realize what would have happened if she had been.

I am not fond of Trump's tweeting. I don't tweet so I have to take someone else's word for it that he should not be doing it. I don't even listen to his speeches. I am following what he is doing, and I am pleased.

By the way, if you want to watch a good and decent Democrat, follow Joe Manchin from WV. He seems to remind me of the old Democratic party, when some Dems were still moderate if not a bit conservative. The party of my father. The party that I left because it had been taken over by socialists.

MDCPD, you are a stitch. Saying that you won't be on here much anymore. It's like a meth head saying this is my last time unless I get bored. You've got nowhere else to go for your fix. What do you do late at night? How about first thing in the morning before the sun comes up? Compulsive posting. So you'll be on here for a long long time, because there is no intervention in your future.

Bob,

About ninety nine percent of what you type is terrible put downs of others.

It may not be obvious to you, but it is obvious to most people who have lived more than five decades, held a job, never got arrested, managed to keep long relationships with sexual partners and haven't distanced many family members that you are not, nor ever have been very secure.

You have issues where you aren't very comfortable with the opposite sex and you seem to want to sissify many male posters. You mention your single digit golf score, say your partner is very beautiful and wears stiletto heels, used language not acceptable in most venues around here with either sex present and attack almost all of the time. You post on the regular forum like some knight in shining armor.

You would like to be taken seriously and have lots of people in your friends column and just be happy. I can't see that you drink excessively, because your behavior is much the same in the morning or the evening.

Every single one of us on this forum and every single person in the world has pages from their book they don't want read aloud. As we age we reap what we sow, but we still have an opportunity to find some happiness inside of ourselves. Some do it with religion, some do it with hanging out with friends, some drink with friends or drink alone. And some just continue to pick the festering wound.

You might be surprised at the people you routinely slash at here. Most of them would be willing to get to know you better and see how you talk to them in person. We all have fewer years ahead of us then we have behind us.

As with all polls you target group to get the results you want. Polls are no more than far fetched guess or targeting for result, either way there no more than toilet paper.
