Some real climate experts INITIALLY thought that Tonga had an affect, but later experiments proved that it had minimum or no effect. I put the links for that here in TOTV 3 months ago. Before 2 killer hurricanes hit Florida because of HIGH TEMPERATURES in the GULF.

Yes, someday the climate will stop changing; when the Earth is a frozen ball of ice.
And then; in a few thousand or million years, it will change again.

Spending billions or trillions won't make an iota of difference. To think that man could change the trajectory of climate change is laughable.
OK, back in the 60's when there was the GLOBAL COOLING scare, they proposed detonating a bunch of nuclear bombs over the North Pole to warm the Earth. Brilliant !!!

Pay special attention to section 4 in the study provided above (it is much less than a thousand words). As I read it, the study shows that while CO2 makes up only about 20% of greenhouse gases, changes in CO2 have a non-linear and much greater affect.

Does the study support the statement that changes in CO2 contribute to 80% of global warming? It's too early to do that math in my head. However, the paper certainly does not refute that.

People like to PRETEND that nothing changes......especially the climate. Lots of things change like the climate by 2.4 degrees for 2024 over the long term average. Older people like in The Villages are more affected by the additional HEAT of Climate Change than younger people. In September through mid-November many Villagers were AVOIDING being outside during the mid-afternoon HEAT. 20 YEARS AGO SUMMERS WERE NOT THAT HOT. I am just explaining to people WHY it is this way according to 95% of ALL Climate Scientists.
.........Like frogs in boiling water, many people want to pretend that the Earth getting hotter is NOT happening. Each year it will get worse because of the factors of rapid earth population in the last 20 years, and more CO2 from industry, coal burning, and automobile pollution.
...........Incidentally, with regards to a pretty colored pie chart about Greenhouse Gas, the point is that CO2, methane, and NO have INCREASED in the last 5 to 10 years due to more earth population, therefore more CO2 and etc.
...........No one can convince ANYONE that looks at the Earth's population chart for the last 50 years that the RAPID INCREASE IN POPULATION can have no effect on the Earth. It explains why so many animal species are dying out. It explains why there are large numbers of income-less, homeless people traveling North towards the US and Europe. IF he disbands what you are calling a cult of TRUE BELIEVERS, then what he will be DISBANDING is Science and Scientific Curiosity. That would mean that US industry will STOP innovating and the US will be driven back and lose 20 years of Scientific innovation. The US will become a NON-INNOVATING country. Think about the consequences of that before jumping on the devolution bandwagon.
