I assume that it should be "Scientists are", but regardless ......that is a strange statement to make - "scientists are meaningless" and then topped by the "Scientists don't produce science" statement. If Scientists don't produce science what do they produce? .......grade A eggs? Without scientists we would have ZERO satellites orbiting the Earth. There would be no vaccines. No color TV's. No streaming services. No I-phones. No space program of any kind. No microwave ovens. No transistors and integrated circuits.
.........Anyway, once again......95% of Climate Scientists believe that CO2 and methane CAUSE Global warming. Maybe there is a club called "Know-Nothings' somewhere that would believe otherwise.

And the north and south poles have been affected MUCH MORE than at US latitudes by Global Warming. Scientists say as much as 4 times as bad. Alaskan fishermen are going broke because the water temperature is so high that fish have stopped migrating that far North. And I listed other endangered animals. Likely, a person could find 10 or more endangered species. I am just giving examples of Climate Change.

Hunting was the biggest threat to polar bears. Since the ban on hunting was put in place, 50 years ago, their #s have doubled...

There are now too many Polar Bears (thanks to global warming) and now the international community allows ~700 "harvests" each year to keep them under control. It only costs $50,000 per tag. This is no different than the ~700 Black Bear "harvests" in New Jersey each year.
