When I had Netflix up north, I found that my Norton 360 suite was interfering with the streaming. Just a thought.

Same issues in MO with Charter. Its killing me cause I want to binge on House of Cards and they are preventing this.

We stream some older movies from Amazon Prime and hardly ever have the problems that we had when we streamed movies from Netflix. Some nights watching a streamed movie from Netflix was like watching 5-15 minute segments with constant pauses for loading. Now I see Red Box is offering streamed movies but they require devices approved by Verizon that we don't have. With so many moving into this streamed movie thing, I guess we will just continue picking up the newer releases at a Red Box.

So after telling me if I upgrade my Comcast to its highest speed I will have no problems with Netflix just last week and after installing the new modem and still having Netflix problems Comcast said the issues were with Netflix NOW Comcast admits that it was their issue with not being paid directly by Netflix and all will be well now that a deal was done.

I am not a fan of government, but just maybe this time they were right with the FCC net neutrality rules the courts struck down.

It wasn't a Comcast issue, it was a Netflix/Cogent bottleneck issue.
