I tried to have my Cadillac serviced at Sullivan Cadillac in Ocala. It was, by far, the worst service experience I have ever had. Before it was over, Cadillac customer service was involved, and still the repair was not completed.
the experience was so exasperating that I opted to trade the car for another brand. But they got in one more shot at me before it was over.

When I decided to trade, I did look at a new escalade in their showroom. When I asked the sales manager about the price, he said, " if you're cocerned about price, you're in the wrong store."

I wrote a letter to the president of Cadillac motor division and got an apology.

This is only my experience, you may have a different and hopefully a better one.
