Because of some of the comments here on Artisti Crete I decided to have them do work on my driveway. Originally I had bricks installed in my drive but over time some of them developed cracks. Instead of continuing with bricks I decided to contact Artisti Crete to have them do my driveway. Firstly they had to remove all the bricks that I had in the driveway which was a pretty big task. We decided on a stone motif with the help of Shannon. They did a wonderful professional job on the driveway and kept returning even after I payed them to apply finishing touches. The only possible problem I may have is that there is a small gap between my garage door and the driveway. They did build it up somewhat but I told them we need a good rainstorm to see if the rain comes under the door. They said if that happened they would built up the sill a little bit more and I have no doubt that they will return if needed.

Personally I can vouch for this company. I tried to add a picture to this but it wants a url for a picture which is on my pc.

Default Sorry to have to post this....

But since I am the one who started this, I feel I have to post!

It appears that Shannon is great in getting the business, but not so much in the follow up! Shannon if you are reading this or hear about it, please return that call about the garage door!

It seems the garage door was broken and it was thought that Shannon's crew did it. Several calls and texts were made to Shannon and he never returned one of them! NOT ONE! Now... it turns out they didn't do it, but shame on Shannon for not following up on this!

Shannon, if you had gone out and looked at it, you would have seen that it was not something you did, but a problem with the door! But the fact that you didn't make that call says volumes!

For me the proof of the pudding is how you handle a problem... You, Shannon... did not pass!

It wasn't me, but Shannon knows who it is.

Default Worse

I rode the Harley down to its new home. Left Syracuse Monday. 3 degree windchil in the PA mts. Never warmed up till Georiga.

I was freezing but now I'm boiling. I praised Artisticrete for pics of my home.
Now I must eat crow and be truthful to TOTV.

My home siding is sprayed with paint, the plants my water softener.

Oh it gets better. They turned off my sprinkler system and I have lost plants burnt lawn and a stressed trees

I could not believe that his help could be this arrogant and irresponsible! If I had not made this quick trip I would have had worse damage. 3 .5 weeks no landscape water!

I texted him to meet me tomorrow at the home before I fly back. I have not received a txt back yet.

We will see if Shannon calls back tomorrow. I am hoping so.

I am hoping the owner will make this right .

Does anyone know how to remove paint speckles from vinyl?

Default Fixed in time.

Thank you Shannon for picking up the call this AM and sending a crew over to remove 99% of the overspray.

It was damage control which is so much better than a great looking job gone sour from neglent clean up and small details.

Also thanks to Allisa from Stellar for getting a manager over to immediately start saving the lawn from three weeks of no water.

Man worked his tail off applying a new product to help grass roots absorb and save water. This is suppose to cut my water usage in half after a month go being down.

Had AngieFox over watching it be applied. Results to follow.

Heck with The worthless and outdated BBB. Businesses should be TOTV approved. Things get done when mentioned here.
