That doesn’t seem logical ,the warranty fine print might define the battery replacement criteria but refusing to sell batteries is insane call the owner.

It is strange that they didn’t want to make the sale. An electric cart is only as good as the weakest battery so replacing 4 instead of 6 would not put you at 100%.
