We recently completed a patio outside our lanai using Scott Kerner, Kerner Landscaping Inc. 352 461 0447. Scott has worked in The Villages for 15+ years and his company is one of the companies that the Developer used to install landscaping in newly built houses over the years. Please check with community standards (ARC review) before you proceed. You state that you do not have a lot of room, so you may be very limited as to what you can do. There was a case recently where someone installed a birdcage without approval and now has to remove it. The process is very easy, and once you have approval, you will have the information for your contractor.
