Michaels did a great emergency fix for us. Was recommended by AAA. Also found Sumter Tire on 301 to be very accommodating.

Default Auto Repair

Sumter Tire & Auto
810 N Main St.
Wildwood
(352) 748-6556
This a locally, family owned and run business, providing most all maintenance, repair and upkeep to your automobile. The business thrives on ethical practices and is certainly competitively prices. A definite plus for their approach with ethics is their communication with women who may not be familiar with the auto's problem or suggested solution to remedy the problem. They will explain in understandable detail what is wrong and what they recommend to correct the problem and outline the total price for the job. You will have confidence that you and your car are in good hands.

I've been very satisfied for the last 15 years, with Von at Quality Tire on 466, near 441.

Default Sumter Tire & Auto

They have a 5 star rating, which is hard for an auto repair facility. They are honest and their prices are fair.

I take my German car to Accurso in Oxford. Way cheaper than the dealership in Gainesville, used OEM parts. My American truck goes to Sumter Tire in Wildwood, in the 6 years I've been here I've never heard a bad word about them. They do everything, not just a tire place.

Since I can’t yet fix it myself, I need to take it to a reliable and reputable garage. Since TOTV subscribers always give good information, I figured I would ask here for recommendations.

Thanx in advance.
Call Bobby at Accutech 352-748-1500. He is located on RT 301 a little south of RT 466. Last year he replaced my crankshaft in my 1990 Miata -- no problems -- he's honest, too!

Good luck.

Quality Tire was highly recommended to me but the only number I can find 362 753 8462 is disconnected.

Be very careful ! They like to tell you that something needs to be done that isn’t. As far away from TV less expensive and not a target

I agree, Accurso Auto. Off of Rt466, behind Bargains and Treasures. They display a big NAPA sign. Most honest and reasonable, plus professional auto shop I have ever used Been going there for several years with no complaint and never had to bring my vehicle back a second time for the same problem.

I agree with prior recommendations. Sumter Tire, 707 S. Main St, Wildwood. They are just south of RT 44a. I haven’t used them to work on my street rod yet but they did work on my GMC Very pleasant, professional & fair price. They had a few classic cars in the shop when I was there.
