YOU ARE SOOOO WRONG!!! NOT AFTER 3 YEARS!! I was not rude to them!!!

If a client is not pleased at a salon, then it is wise to look elsewhere, which you plan to do. I don't think it is necessary for a salon to "go out of business" as you suggest because you are not satisfied with your haircolor. Many others are satisfied which is why it is so hard to get an appointment with this business. Your leaving will make space for someone else and you will be happier too. You did say in your original post that it was stated that "you are never satisfied." That would imply that there have been other times when you were disgruntled, so it must have been more than the change to Paul
Mitchell products. I hope you find a new place to your liking. I am sure all parties will be happy when you are settled elsewhere.
I do wonder at your statement "if you are not interested in salons, ...butt out!"
That makes it very clear in a classy way.

I understand the receptionist whose name BTW is Ray had to ask a man to leave a couple weeks ago because he was making a significant "scene" over having to wait longer than expected. Perhaps, Ray anticipated a similar "scene" evidenced by the language here and chose not to subject the other clients to it. Just offering a rational answer to what seems to be perceived outrageous behavior.

I know you are unhappy with your hair color but your post colors are beautiful. How do you do that?

Thank you for clearing that up. You had me confused.

I went back and read it again....still confused. There are just so many issues, the color, the cut, the price, the TIPS and that you were dismissed (by THE HELP).

What has me most confused is why you would want to continue going there. Clearly they can't do you hair to your liking and don't appreciate your generous nature.

Well, this all appears to be a moot point now. There have been no other posters who share this disgruntled opinion. One client moves on and another on the wait list can get services.
All's well that ends well and Salon Chioma is a thriving business bursting at the seams with clients. It is a Happy Day in the Villages again!

I know, I just called for an appointment, can't do me till May 18.

Did you all know that Chioma translates to "Great God" in igbo. What better endorsement is there?

Sky6: Does just EVERYONE know how to do color? well, everyone except Chioma LOL.
I bet if you, Patty55, call back and tell them you know Igbo, they will get you in sooner.

Oh please, like I'm the only resident fluent in igbo. All the better schools offer it.

Did you know that Igbo is the largest Ethnic group in Africa?
Since Chioma means "good God" in Igbo, I am pretty sure that if Michael read all these posts, he would be saying "Chioma!, himself"

BTW----if any posters are interested in going to SALON CHIOMA, and you mention who sent you there, both you and the recommending person will get a 20% discount. Since snowbirds have left, you may be able to get in.
You can say Schisamax or Skyc6 and get your discount.

Of course I knew that, what do you all think I make this stuff up?

The 20% discount is a good thing, if you have 5 friends you go for FREE, with 6 you get Chin Chin. I believe that with 10 friends a bona-fide Prince contacts you to share their fortune.

Go for it!! This is like winning the Lottery! What would you do with a prince, though, Patti? Maybe he just shares the fortune and moves on!

Oh dear, Patty, you may get me in trouble, but Chioma also can mean Good Luck. Maybe it really means good luck with your hair. Sorry no offense meant. I just couldn't resist. By the way Patty, thanks for enlightening me. I never knew there was a Igbo language. One more trivia question that I will know.
