Pike installed similar lighting in the overhang on the rear patio of my home. Love them. Pikes does the job right.

Cassandra - is that a Villages home as it does not look like any model I've ever seen (but I like it)?

They are using similar lighting on new builds. They look great!
Do you know where we can find pics of new built homes in TV with down lighting?

Why is advertising allowed in Talk of the Villages? Now this site will become full of ads.
And, to respond to Pike’s Electric: I can’t even imagine house to be lit up like that. Landscape lighting is different. It is subdued and beautiful in most cases.

Attached are some photos of a home we installed some led soffit wafer-style can lights. Check out how bright they are in the early evening! We installed these on the homeowner's provided timer/dimmer, but usually, we provide a new led dimmer for dimming functions. This homeowner went with the wafer fixtures in a black finish, to match the dark roof/eaves of his home, and my, what a great outcome this was!

does this look appealing for your home? I would love to help you get set up for a free at home estimate. You are welcome to call or office (352-748-6251), send us a direct message, or email me at cnelson@pikeselectric.com! The house shown may not even be in The Villages since there are overhead electrical lines. If not in The Villages, no, they wouldn't need Villages ARC approval.

This is a huge ad. Is advertising such as this permitted on this site?
