Steve Kling gave us a transferrable warranty thru Sherwin Williams guarantee.

Check out the S-W warranty on the internet https://images.sherwin-williams.com/...mited-Warranty It appears that if you purchase and apply it covers blistering etc for as long as you own the home. Does not indicate transferable. It also states that it covers a third party, if you paint someones home and they have a warranty issue. Labor and prep costs not covered.

Sherwin-Wms does offer a 25-year warranty, at least through Steve Kling. The day after the house is painted, a Sherwin-Wms. rep inspects the house. The only thing I remember about the warranty is that it is void if anything other than Simple Green is used to wash the house.

And that’s the thing with the warranty, as far as I know there isn’t a paint warranty that covers paint fading which is the biggest problem in the hot Florida sun.
