My take is they kept it clean, the stage was pretty cool and they don’t go over the top, so for that music genre it was a great show.
Agree. My wife and I thought it was pretty good, except the sound sucked. I like Eminem, although I didn't like the kneeling thing, but whatever. Not really sure many people made the connection. That whole kneeling thing is played out anyway.

I actually like a lot of the newer music. Most of my Spotify playlist I use for running is newer stuff. An open mind is a healthy mind.

Your response shows that you have turned into a "grumpy" old person. The half time show is geared for a younger audience. It is exactly what your parents were saying when you were a teenager and the Beatles came on the seen and the early 70's hippies.

I don't even waste my time anymore watching the nba and nfl. Those two leagues have become very racist.

Hate to admit it, but you are 100% correct. I was looking to see if lyrics were sub titled, like a conversation that was translated by the nuns in the movie Airplane.

Agree. That's the sound/noise coming from their pie holes

Let me be CLEAR, I do not condone any medium or song that promotes violence against anyone, especially police officers. There isn't a punishment harsh enough for animals that shoot police. Sometimes I might not find the right words, but they are my words. Look familiar?

Snoop Dogg at Super Bowl halftime show becoming even worse look

I was speaking to the objection to the lyrics about women.

I explained to you my police background and how I am against those lyrics, but then I'm Caucasian and don't have the same experiences some African Americans do.

I enjoyed Eminem and Mary J Blige, but didn't understand a word of the rap.

I also didn't like last years half time show that was so highly sexualized with J Lo and Shakira. It escapes me that female performers feel they must perform like that to be successful.

I must be old. I couldn’t identify with any part of that halftime show. Do those rappers have a special dialect that only rap fans can decipher?

The game was great although I was rooting for the Bengals!

Rap is for people who don't know how to sing.

Title says it all. If I can find more adjectives I'll update. I'm switching to coke, best way to vote.

Could have been worse. Could have had Neil Young.
