I guess they have some H.S. kid hired for half time entertainment. I agree what joke! Maybe ratings will go down!

Every generation makes the same criticism of the music of yore. A know it’s very comfortable to stay in your “bubble”, however, stop showing your age and open your ears. Just like anything, not ALL musicians are thugs or troublemakers. A lot of old school hip hop reflects personal life experiences.

Nah, every generation doesn’t scrape the bottom of the barrel…sorry. There seems to be an effort like in Tic Tok how low can we go?

Without going into generational music, I will try to explain it somewhat. Why do some people like the color green while others like blue? Why do some like plays and others do not ? Why do some like classical music and others do not? Why do some like grand Prix races and some like oval tracks (driving in circles like big donuts)? Why do some remember Valentine's day and some ......some......oops ........got to go

I was at a neighbors house for the Super Bowl with about 40 people. Everyone of us were sickened and and disgusted over the halftime entertainment

It's not the music. It's the lyrics of some of the songs. We are cancelling people who said something stupid in their Junior year of college way back but saying nothing of the sentiment put forward in songs like, "F the police." Not the music or that we are not open minded enough to try to listen. The problem is we have.

The majority of the performers were right around 50 years old...

The music was from 30 years ago...

How "young" was that audience again?
