So if that's why you hate Gates, your hatred is bizarre, completely unfounded, and childish.
I don't hate Bill Gates and I dont have Windows 10. I was just responding to a poster who asked why so many Villagers hate him (the posters assumption, not mine). A lot of people dont like Windows because of the numerous bugs and security breaches. And retired or not Gates is still the face of Microsoft.

So you jump to a conclusion about me and then go off the deep end with some rather nasty remarks about bizarre behavior which you just displayed yourself.

I think that the selection of the counties may have been based on the number of cases in those counties. It would make sense to send it to where the most cases are. The Villages has the most susceptible people on the planet but the number of cases here has been relatively low. We must be doing a good job of social distancing and all of the other protocols.

Contrary to the article in the Daily Sun there will be no walk-ins allowed tomorrow at the Lake County sites. Only enough vaccine to cover scheduled appointments. A new shipment will arrive next week but date uncertain. Got this direct from Florida Health.

Just another thing to remember. My husbands VA doctor said wherever you get the first dose you need to go to the same place for the second. Something to consider.

Of course. Time to track the number of threads closed by the usual suspects. Would be a simple way to keep the discussions going by giving a time out to the misbehavers.

The dead rate is still small percentage wise and the way they are distributing the vaccine makes sense, the more vulnerable go first. Why would you take it from people in another county? Don’t you think they deserve to get it first, if they are residents of that county? The topper is having people continue to wear masks after getting the vaccine. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Why take the vaccine at all if it is not going to protect you?
Your post is to logical. Many here in TV have a me first attitude. Those who meet the criteria, over 65 with a validated chronic medical condition should be first in line. Hard to validate but guarantee many here will stretch the truth about their health so they can get in line. Having each governor and those in charge of areas of the state such as counties need to establish plan based on their population demographics. Many on this site whine about anything and everything, yet they’ll camp out in lawn chairs at 5:30 AM to get a free hat or smoothie at some store opening. Now they’re whining about why they’re not first in line to get a vaccine.

Troubleshooting the Most Common Windows 10 Problems (2019 Guide) 1. Computer won’t turn on 2. Keyboard or mouse doesn’t work 3. Not enough disk space 4. Removing a defective Windows Update 5. Facing multiple Blue Screens of Death (BSOD) 6. When a DLL File is missing 7. Unwanted extensions and pop-ups on your browser etc. etc.

Wait. Is it April 1st already? That is probably the funniest post I have read on here in YEARS! Oh wait, you were joking right? WIN10 is why no one trusts Bill Gates about his pandemic warnings ! Where do you do your standup? I'd pay to watch. Good one!

Yes, you "just" replied to another post but you DID explain why you THOUGHT people don't trust Gates with reagrd to his pandemic knowledge. Maybe if you said they hate him because he is allegedly injecting people with micro-chips instead of Covid-19 vaccine I could understand.

Yea, wait till 100,000+ people try to call their 1 phone line for available 2500 doses! Did you hear what went on in Broward? Even faxing would probably be more reliable! Another poor preparedness exercise in futility. Props to those who get through. There's REALLY got to be a better way.

Dr Fauci disagrees with Bill Gates. Who should people believe??? I trust Dr Fauci on the vaccine and those scientists that developed it.
---------------------
Testifying before Congress on Friday, Dr. Anthony Fauci repeatedly credited President Trump for coronavirus policy decisions that saved lives.

Those measures included Trump’s decisions to ban flights from China, the UK and the rest of Europe, and the administration’s “Fifteen Days to Slow the Spread” quarantine policy, initially ordered in mid-March and then extended to a total 30 days.

Appearing before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Response, Fauci said he participated in, and approved of, all of those policies — and that he believes they all resulted in the saving of lives.

Only a very small number available and only at Bushnell. The rest are going to medical staff.

It looks like you are quoting something, and not writing your own post with your own words.

What is the source of that quote?

I don't know about that. I was at LSL NewYear's Eve and folks were packed so tight at the outside bars of City Fire and Red Sauce, I'm surprised they could even move. The square seemed packed too but hubby and I stayed in our golf cart to listen to the music. I felt much safer away from those crowds.

Johnny Wild was great as usual, the guys wearing white dinner jackets and the girls decked out in silver dazzling dresses. They gave a great show.

Happy New Year to everyone!
