Would add that I had significant (unsatisfactory) contact with the district and with the guy who consulted from the USGA over the Tarpon Boil debacle last year. Have also learnt a good deal more about lawn fungus issues since then. Disingenuousness comes to mind.

Default Greens don't get over seeded, and rye? ?

[QUOTE=mntlblok;2390210]Played Mangrove today. Looked like the greens had been overseeded with rye. Don't recall seeing any overseeding last year -Oviously you haven't you ever belonged to a golf club! One year golfing and you don't question, without asking. They sand, and roll greens. Please no more stupid questions.. Ask the grounds keeper, or better yet, Goggle it And rye grass.. You are a newbie... 😵*💫

Verbal manure? I have no idea as to whether green(s) were overseeded and gave an explanation as to why they might be overseeded. Have played golf in Florida for 45+ years and do know the pluses and minuses of overseeding
