Haha Chels, another vote for pink and whites!

Whalen, thanks for the Liz Claiborne site, I've put it in my favourites. Maybe when I lose 12 lbs on my January diet, I'll reward myself with some new clothes.

Anyone else starting a January diet? So far I'm just thinking about it, do I ever hate dieting.

Count me in...if I don't do something, you will think I am an escaped balloon from the Macy's Day Parade when we arrive in Feb. I am seriously mourning the death of my metabolism.

Thank you Whalen. Liz is my favorite brand of clothing and I'm checking out that site from top to bottom.

Bare...I gained 5 pounds over the holidays. It's time I get back into my normal eating pattern and lose that extra weight PLUS about 20 more pounds.

Lose some for me, Bright. This eating out in TV is killing me,,,, not only in my budget but on my hips!! Should we have a contest? Maybe I'll have some incentive then.

You got a deal Kathie!

Want to check in with weight loss every Sunday? Incentives are a good way to lose and if we are having to report in every week that might help me. Game?

I'll weigh myself in the morning...

My diet starts tomorrow too (20+ the holiday add on) , but don't let this stop the shopping.

Yesterday I ordered from the clearance section:

Terry sweat shiirt
jeans
cargo pants
3 blouses
2 t shirts and
a sweater

Drum roll please.........$109.09

Default Weight Loss

I think we should check in here every Friday with the amount of weight lost that week. Not mentioning what we actually weigh, OMG that would be too scary, but how many pounds we've lost.

And perhaps we should each set a goal of how many pounds we want to lose and a time frame. I'd love to lose 10 lbs in 4 days! But my days of starving myself skinny are past. I think that a pound a week is achievable and will still allow us some meals out.

Anyone know of a good appetite suppressant? And don't say will power or green tea. If you say that, you definitely just don't understand!

I am actually taking an appetite supressant and fat burner combination.

This was my dirty little secret but what the heck for friends, Ill tell anything.

Its called Anoretix and can only be ordered online. I have had no side effects at all and have been taking them for at least 3 months now. you can find out all about it online. I can tell you one thing for sure, IT WORKS!!!

Nonie,

As for the Anoretix....any jitters????

I have read the articles about this pill and it seems that it is high recommended. How much weight have you lost?

Joanne P,

Absolutely no jitters at all, in fact no anything! However, I only take half the dosage they recommend per day.

I have not lost alot of weight, cant say a number because I refuse to weigh myself. I know by how my clothes fit. But I definitely have gone down a size.

I dont plan on staying on these pills forever, just a little while longer especially since The holidays were not kind to me in the weight department, but that was my fault.

Default Robotic Vacuum Cleaner

I was talking to a woman today who just got a Roomba .. that is the little vacuum cleaner that is like a robot, it cleans by itself. She loves her new Roomba and says it works very well.

Now this sounds too good to be true. A vacuum cleaner that cleans by itself and goes back to its home base to be recharged when its battery gets low. How cute it that! I love it.

I definitely want a Roomba. Does anyone out there have a Roomba? I'd love to hear some feedback.

Bare, I have a Roomba. It has good points and bad points. First, though, you should know that it is not a vacuum cleaner. It's more like a carpet sweeper. It has a brush that sweeps lint and debis into a little cup, but it doesn't vacuum. It works better on floors than it does on carpets. I have a huge kitchen floor in Utah, and it's wonderful for the kitchen and back hallway. It tends to get stuck on throw rugs, so you have to pick them up before you use it. You also have to make sure your electrical cords for lamps and computers are off the floor, or it can pull the lamp down. When it bumps into something it turns around and goes in another direction. If you have fragile vases and pots on the floor you should protect them. It's a lot louder than I expected it would be. I thought I could turn it on and go to bed and get up to a sparkling clean house. Believe me, you can't sleep while it's working. Rrrrrmmmmmmm, bang, bang, rrrrrrrmmmmmm, bang, bang bang.....

On the other hand, after you have removed your throw rugs, the kitty dishes, looped your computer cord over the chair, lifted your lamp cords off the floor, and moved your bar stools to another room, it works all by itself while you're taking a shower, and it really does go back to the charger and plug itself in.
