Thanks Chels, that means a lot. Nonie and I are struggling to be happy and live in the Day. It is nice to see you all laughing and socializing in the sunshine. Soon we'll be back! :beer2:

In the meantime, we miss our Chels so much. lovehorse

It was a day full of inspiring awe and love! This glorious morning, I thanked God for all of the blessings bestowed upon my life, as I often do. Then suddenly in the quietness of waking, our precious childs child cock-a-doodle-dood , literally. COCK-A-DOODLE-DO we called back in unison. It was one of her first words exchanged with us when she was very small and every time we are together it's our special good-morning greeting! The laughter, kisses, and love continues for hours and hours filled with singing, dancing, drawing, reading books, and twinkling smiling eyes of adoring wonderment. The best was when she took her ET doll, hugged and kissy kissed him, and lovingly placed him in her trikes front basket, wrapped tenderly in her blanky. Then in her continious conversation with ET she said "don't worwy baby I wiwl get you home"! So for myself, today, I wrote of a cherished memory, hopefully not to ever be forgotten!! ( remember this? yeah right.... copy/save) lol

awww Ronda, that's so cute. Great memory!

Today, I zoomed all over TV with my new golf cart. Even made it to Spanish Springs. I have to practice to I can keep up with Nonie and Bare when they get back!

Also, vetman and I had breakfast, with two new lifelong friends, Ron & Pete! Love you guys!

Chels, dont worry about keeping up with me, I usually get pulled over for going too slow!

now Bare may be another story.
Seems like you are really enjoying that new golf cart, I have this funny visual of you zooming all over TV, just make sure you stay away from my "dead end". LOL :

Oh Ronda

I smiled with such love (as a mom/grandma/teacher) at your heartwarming, loving, and memorable story.

Yes, you need to copy and save this...not here on the computer but in a special journal...to be read and cherished for years to come.

Your granddaughter is blessed to have a grandma as wonderful as you.

Great weekend. Yesterday drove over 3 hours to visit my handicapped sister who lives in a group home. Making her happy-made me happy.
My husband is a 6th grade science teacher and we had 30 fluffy baby chicks we tended in his classroom. They are so cute.
Everyone at church hugged and greeted me.
Life is sooo good.

OH NO, I'll never keep up in the golf cart convoy! Mine travels at turtle speed. A frog on a turtle, now that paints a comical picture!

Chels, it is heartwarming to think of you zooming all over TV, and I'm impressed that you made it to Spanish Springs and across the bridge so quickly. Good for you. You and I and Nonie will have a ball driving around. I think the golf cart lifestyle is the very best thing about living in TV! Knowing how directionally challenged you are, I'm wondering if Ruby is doing the navigating for you?

Now you've got your new ceramic floor and your new golf cart, what's next on the list? Vetman better hide his wallet when he sleeps at night! ;D

1rnfl Bare! Ruby hasn't come on board yet and I don't think she'll know the golf cart paths, which could be a real problem for me. Well the next on my list is a new computer this coming week, but vetman's wallet is safe. He keeps it under his pillow now! LOLOL

love you my friend, chels

p.s. we didn't make it OVER the bridge, we were both too scared!

I've got a real gripe about that bridge. Why didn't they put windows along the side so we could look down as we drive over?
