Nope, being from N. east, 11 years ago, when I told the VA we were moving to Florida, and I mentioned The Villages I was informed the VA (Veterans Administration) reported the highest STD was in the Villages Fl. that the hospitals have to report. So, there you go, that's where it started from, the Village people getting treated from the VA hospital. So put it to rest!

I care about COVID. I like the idea of my father, my wife, my extended family, and myself living a few more years. I REALLY don't want to one day look at the 400 deaths per day number and know that one of them was related to me.

I forget the State (maybe Illinois), but the Sec Health stated that any patient death where the patient also had a positive covid test was counted as a covid death. And the CDC stated that children who were admitted for "kid's problems", like a broken arm or appendicitis, and happened to test positive upon admission were counted as "covid admissions"...

2. There are over 20 times as many people dying of non-COVID causes than of COVID. If the accusations of over counting of COVID deaths were all true then there should be a drop in other causes. Unfortunately, 4% spread across all other causes is really in the noise. Excess deaths in 2020 and 2021 have to be attributed to something and COVID was the worldwide issue during that time. (fortunately, while the data is not all in yet, deaths for 2022 seem to be down significantly)

As always, minds are made up, people are still dying. I went through Bogata, Columbia, yesterday; they still take it very seriously - and have stiff penalties for things like not wearing a mask. I arrived in Ecuador today, and it is still taken seriously. Sadly MOST of the COVID deniers do so based on politics and will scream bloody murder that is not true, But keep a record of the other posts made by the same people see who is denying the science and who is not. When COVID first came to the US, I was one of the first to project the exponential growth showing at a minimum of 1 million deaths if serious steps were not taken, For 6 months the growth followed the exponential growth predictions the scientists were making, and yet, these same people said it was just another flu, no worse than the common flu. And I was branded as. fear monger. Then the conspiracies started; someone here said the government was working with the Vaccine companies to inject tracking devices in you via the vaccine. Then another said that the vaccine was designed to destroy your immune system and everyone that got the vaccine was going to die from terrible diseases because their immune system was being destroyed. On and on. Lots of common sense arguments... lots of conspiracies. No point in arguing any more. Dark Ages V2.0 coming to a country really near you soon. |

Everyone all over the world is wrong. But a few, very small few, here in the US know the real truth.

Check post #17. Unless you are posting under multiple names it wasn't you I was responding to. And if you *are* posting under multiple names you didn't mention "covid admission" in the particular post I was replying to in #17.
