A green fee is required for guests to play golf. The fee ranges from $6.50 in the months of May through October and $10.00 from November through April. Guests are obligated to pay an additional $3.50 trail fee, unless they are walking, regardless of whether the sponsoring resident has a paid trail fee or not.

Default No tickie, no shirtie....

ALL YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER IS ......

NO TICKIE , NO SHIRTIE.........

they had to do something as there were so many violations of all kinds....Some people would stay up nights thinking of ways to beat the system , even manufacturing fake ID's ....Some copy their own ID's to carry in their golf bags in case they forget their real one's......this no longer works either,
May I suggest that you put a sign on your golf cart that reminds you to get your ID..........
I personally don't have this problem . Mrs. Fumar has a bull horn and yells "Don't forget your ID dummy " .... at least a think its a bull horn....

Hard of hearing fumar

[QUOTE=NJblue;304126]I had thought the policy was to make the person pay as if they were a guest and then refund the money when they showed up with their ID. I guess I heard wrong.

You heard correctly almost, without ID or License you will pay non-resident rates and then get a refund when showing proper ID.............this applies to the "Championship" Courses ONLY and not the "Executive" Courses.

Executive Courses require Village ID and guest pass with ID for visitors, there are no exceptions because of abuses mentioned by Fumar and others.

Default paying guests

It's not much, maybe about $7, and they can rent a pull cart for a couple of dollars. If you are going to ride you need to pick up cart at nearest country club. So pick your exec course wisely.

We had the same offer if we had a DL... it has the picture and the address... pretty much proves you are a resident.

Not to belabor the point, but were bosox and ooper checking in at an executive or championship course? Big difference in ID requirements as I mentioned in my previous post. Hope this helps to clear up the Id issue.
