We are NOTHING but a sickly crew. I have not had hip replacement but have neighbors that have had it done and were thrilled with the results. I really thought you could get ANYTHING on Amazon but I guess they don't have those in yet.

On Monday I attended a meeting on Medical Marijuana at the American Legion no less. Was I shocked. There had to be over 200 people there who had nothing in common with Willie Nelson. Just a bunch of old people like me -- go figure right?

Taking a break to see what's going on in NOTHING world. Just by a quick glance I think I've found my bathroom cleaner when I move to TV. Need a job, Nucky?

Bathrooms and ice cream don't seem to mix to me either, but since we're on the subject what's your favorite flavor? Anyone?

I don't need to even think about it .... nothing but Haagan Daz Peanut Butter and Chocolate. Just typing it brings me to my knees (that's if my hip would allow it) LOL

Well, we instantly found something in common. My favorite is also Chocolate and Peanut Butter. I love Baskin Robbins version but it has to be the right one. It's the dark chocolate with hard chunks of peanut butter in it. NOTHING but delicious.

Meanwhile what do you think I have in my freezer? As far as ice cream I have nothing but something called Halo Top that I found at Publix. A half cup is 70 calories and 7 carbs (after backing out the fiber and sugar alcohol). And even at this, I only allow myself a taste when I am absolutely, positively about to kill someone.

I've been on a diet since March 25th -- daily goal 1000 calories/20 carbs. Usually I'm a little over but 27 pounds lost so far. (I need to lighten the load on that new hip I have my eye on.)
