NOTHING doing...the last two number are mighty embarrassing. Culvers won't feel any loss from me but Haagen Daz is going to take a hit.

Now we're rolling. So here's a suggestion for your first step because, for now at least, I'm more focused on what I eat and quantity than pounds. Start by making a list of your trigger foods and clean them out of your house. If you want to eat them at all, just have them on very special occasions and preferably out somewhere where the quantity would be NOTHING but limited.

My plan is to get off (and stay off) sugar and limit my carbs to first lose, then maintain whatever I decide my desired weight should be. I just know from past experience that if I do those 2 things the weight will come off pretty easily and I'll start feeling a lot better in no time, which is my real goal. If you all want a pound commitment though, I'll match your 20, fw.

Sugar is definitely a trigger for me and my hubby has a very bad sweet tooth. I have told him to put all of his treats up high out of my reach and sight. He can eat whatever he wants and gain NOTHING. Might have something to do with the fact that he is like the energizer bunny.

I get dizzy when I have too much sugar so have to limit it quite a bit and not for NOTHING. It is hard on the holidays though. And I do not have control of the household menu except on take-out nights.

I figured you'd be the first to inquire about that - lol. Unfortunately, it's due to a funeral. They are traveling to New England, and like Nucky, my aunt will have NOTHING to do with flying. Our house is usually one of their pit stops so to speak.

Anymore little bitty participants interested. Culver stock is going to plummet!

If we're going to report in periodically, I think we can just post the number of pounds lost without mentioning weight and that will NOTHING but work. You know us girls........so sensitive.

So sad to have to make that trip this time of year.
I don't really like flying but for me it is better than spending days in a car. I only like to travel in a car when we can make many stops to sight-see along the way otherwise I want to NOTHING but get to my destination in the quickest way possible.

I hope we don't scare the Kommander off with all this weight loss and giving up your favorite foods talk. But I do think I just figured out how to NOTHING but make a Marine cry - take away his pizza and ice cream!

Touch my pizza and die.. lol

Life is NOTHING but too short to be on a diet. Portion control doesn't seem like such a bad idea though.

Fortunately for me I love vegetables, all vegetables so we now have cauliflower pizza. For me sugar and salt are not my friends and my husband can't have gluten. NOTHING but a real challenge. The biggest reason for me wanting to lose weight is to lower my blood pressure since the medications have such awful side effects.

Ok, so maybe cry was the wrong emotion, but I certainly found out a way to pi$$ you off - lol

Believe me when I say I'd never come between you and your pizza. I might not be the smartest person in the world but I'm NOTHING like that kind of stupid....

Ok Abby and FW,

I would love nothing more than to join you in this challenge. I have 25 pounds that realistically need to come off.

So we will be the "Nothing Losers of 2019!" Yeah us!

Wow - great metabolism, I envy you. But alas, like Nucky all I have to do is watch an all you can eat pasta and bread commercial and I'll put on the poundage! LOL -- Water, water, water (she said with a glass of pre-New Year's eve Merlot in her hand). It goes well with the Veal Cutlet Parmigiana that is currently in my oven.
