ABBY, I'd rather be making a parts run than scrubbing floors. Although unlike you, once I got those parts I'd have no idea what to do with them since they would mean NOTHING to me - lol.

You NOTHING but remind me of Norton on The HoneyMooners. The flow is Connected To the Dynaflow. What Does That Mean? I Don't Know! Can't find the link.

Yep, and that's why I NOTHING but stay out of the garage. Somebody always ends up frustrated and it isn't usually me....lol

Loved the HoneyMooners..........back in the day of great comedy.

Looked at a Villages Phone Book and they had 15 pages of households that have hometowns in FL. Each page looked like 252 entries. And there were hold overs of 88 and 47 additional households on other pages.

So I get 3,915 as the number of households for FL according to the phone book I looked at and my count.

NOTHING but a little work.

It was bugging me. I actually have a great deal to do each day now. And not for NOTHING.

Did check the households for Idaho and Wyoming in the Villages' phone book to see if The Villages Daily Sun and I have the same fountain for information. These were states with very small numbers for Villages households claiming hometowns in these and not for NOTHING.

I was not going to count New York State which looks like it has the biggest number of Villages' households at 6,303.

I would MUCH rather be out in the shop than on my knees cleaning the floor. At least in the shop if I want the floor cleaned I just break out NOTHING but the pressure washer.. lol

Yeah, sort of like when I ask my husband to sweep the deck, or the front porch, or the garage - he has to use the leaf blower. I try to keep my mouth shut and just go out with a broom afterward. I mean you can't use a leaf blower to knock down cobwebs. NOTHING but frustrates the heck out of me.

Sure you can. I have a Stihl leaf blower. There's NOTHING left when I turn that thing up. Have to be careful not to remove paint.. lol

So sorry to hear of his passing. Some people, whether relatives or not, are "especially special" in our lives. So glad he is no longer suffering and that you will be able to be a support system for your aunt. He would be so very pleased about that, I'm sure. My deepest condolences.
Thank you so much Abby. He is being laid out today and will be buried tomorrow. You are right about the suffering - at last he is out of pain. Again, thank you so much for your thoughts.

So nice to see you back here. Hope your visit goes well. As far as guests, nothing but nice to see them come, sometimes even nicer to see them leave. LOL

I fell on the floor laughing one time, when a friend of mine was complaining about some 'distant' cousins that came for a visit.

It had been almost a week...and he was NOTHING but tired of them.

His hilarious words of wisdom were; "Sometimes guests are like fish...after 3 days they start to stink."

Of course, I later found out that the idiom...is attributed to Benjamin Franklin.

Speaking of which...do you know how to stop fish from smelling?

I have no idea. But I do know nothing but:

Cook a man a fish and you feed him for a day. But teach a man to fish and you get rid of him for the whole weekend.

That is until he NOTHING but wants you to help clean the fish.

I had an extremely accident prone friend who tried to hunt carp in Hidden Lake in back of Rattlesnake Mountain with a machete. The only thing he got was a deep cut into his leg.

Rattlesnake Mountain is the tall hill you go over when you land or take off from the Reno Airport. The shaved a few hundred feet off of it in the hope of building a hotel on top of it but that never succeeded.
