You might be eligible for Medicare if you.....

... know what takes a licking and keeps on ticking
... know Who's on first
... ever heard of the Whiz Kids (Philadelphia area)
... know who the "Say Hey" kid is
... know who "Quimo Sabe" is
... know who the "Geeter with the heater" is (Philadelphia area)

You might be eligible for Medicare if you were ever a coffee achiever.

Those ads were around in the mid-80's, but just think about where you probably were in your career at that point. Coffee achievers. (I never thought the ads made much sense either, but for some reason I still use the silly phrase from time to time.)

Ohhhh, how I know. And those wicked little cups cost a blue fortune. I think I am going to have to invest in a Costco membership. I have been figuring the ROI and believe I will come out ahead.

OK - EEK! following myself in the line-up - maybe I have had too much coffee, but what if I forget the one I just thought of....

You might be eligible for Medicare if you have ever candle-dripped a Chianti bottle and made it part of your home decor.
