Definitely not a deal breaker, but the landscaping and plantings in public areas are are a big part of the overall appeal of TV, IMHO...

Keep in mind it has not rained for about 2 weeks and TV is under water use restrictions.

Monday morning and they are replacing all the flowers at the round-a-bout at Morse and El Camino. I am happy that is happening, but hope they water these as I think the others died from lack of water. I do like the flowers.

We never did get a phone call back........same story when my neighbors called.................
So I decided to go to talk with them in person. I explained that we have been getting overlooked and was concerned that they were being charged for the service when none was being provided.
They did say they would contact the company that takes care of our area and the supervisor came to our Villas to check it out for themselves.
Now we are in a waiting game to see if they will take care of the problem.
