We have built in storage across the back is the garage. We park our car on the left, and golf cart on the right. When we have guests and two carts (we rent one), the carts both fit on the right side. You just have to let passengers out first and doing laundry is tricky! Also, we can’t back the car out with both carts there as we have a curved drive. With a straight drive, it wouldn’t be an issue. And we have a full size car. And two 2 seater carts. Longer ones wouldn’t fit.

However - if your mechanicals and/ or laundry is in a different location, it might not work. As many have said; a lot spends on your soecific garage but it works for us when we need it to.

The simple answer to your question, is "no".

You cannot reasonably get a car & 2 golf carts into a 1.5 car garage.

Could you get a tiny little "Smart Cart" & 2 Evolution golf carts into that garage? Maybe, but you wouldn't be able open the car doors, walk around and get into anything, so it's not very practical.

it's tough enough to do that, with a 2 car garage.
Agree, we have a 2 car garage and it is tough to get two cars in the garage and if we do our doors hit. Builders clearly cut a lot of corners

I have a courtyard villa with a 1 1/2 car garage, I just measured and my Yamaha 2 seater golf cart would easily fit end to end in my garage!

You can park your cars/trucks in your driveway anytime, for any length of time. People also park their carts in the driveway, but that might be risky. I guess most are successful. A very few have been stolen.

What's that Clint Eastwood line? Are you feeling lucky?

Oh, what they object to are RVs. There is a time limitation on RVs. Someone more knowledgeable will chime in, I hope. I think the limitation is 72 hours. If you want to park an RV, I would suggest finding out about them. (Whole new thread )

Look on the county assessor’s website, at the property record card. Dimensions should be listed there.

Default Will not fit

Two golf carts would need at least 16 feet. That is almost the full depth of the car side of the garage. The cart side is around 12 feet.

There are floor plans with dimension on the villages website for every model they presently build. The answer is "it depends"

Default Depth

Got me curious enough to go out and measure our garage depth. Over 19 feet on the car side. Looks like I'd want 8.5 feet minimum per cart. 17 is less than 19. Looks like it would be doable for this anecdote.

No. I have a 15’ RAV4 that’s fits ok with a bit of room to spare front and back but the standard sized golf cart just squeezes next to it. A tight fit.

I did it during a hurricane with 2 smaller carts. the issue is the HVAC unit on the pad on the one side because it limits the forward space. But it required me to basically climb out the car window and go out the garage door and use the front door.
