Boston Market is one of those places where the food tastes good, but a few hours later I feel like something died in my mouth. I think they would be very successful here.

I love Boston Market.

I am pretty sure that Stouffers frozen creamed spinach is close.

Just wrote to Boston Market again asking them to consider opening in the area. And wrote to Omaha Steaks again asking them the same. On their website is a spot that you can search for their retail stores. The closest is 52 miles away; there are several here in FL, why not one near us? Now if we could only get a Bakers Square restaurant.

FYI: Boston Market was owned by McDonald's from 2000 to 2007. Many poor stores were converted to "the arches" during that timeframe.

They bought the chain looking for well placed real estate sites. Converted the poorly performing ones to Mickey D's, ran the rest without too much fanfare and then sold the chain to private equity about 6 years ago. The new owners are just keeping the status quo. They haven't had a new location in all that time.

Thank you Skip. I don't know HOW you know a bunch of really interesting stuff but you do.

They are NOT opening new ones at this time. So place our hopes elsewhere.

Got it.
