That is true. I think the restaurants in the Country Clubs are fine for the price.

They have a bad reputation throughout The Villages. What doe's it take for the management there to wake up and get things right?
I just want to add a few comments. Recently on TTV there have been several comments about poor food and service at Palmer, and more every day about having a bad experience at Havana. The restaurants are only as good as the manager----- poor manager= bad food and bad service. The food at Orange Blossom is usually pretty good but the restaurant has the appearance of being extremely dirty.

Our golf group tried Havanna for breakfast with disastrous results. We haven't been back. Husband and I have been there for dinner and the food was fabulous and served promptly. I would prefer to believe that is how Havanna is for dinner. Breakfast just isn't their thing. Bonifay has lousy coffee but an excellent breakfast buffet. That is our group place of choice for breakfast.

I've beat Havana up before but I must say 5 of us ate there last night. We tried there new CUBAN menu and was very impressed with the food. They even made a custom order from one of their new specials. Not one complaint.Hope he's on the right track this time.
