I think I paid $5.50 for a foot long Italian sub with Publix meat and lettuce, tomato, onions on the entire sub and banana peppers and jalapeños on one half and pickles, black olives and green peppers on the other half.

I love Jersey Mike's. They are a little pricier than other alternatives, but the large sub is like 16 inches. I called in a large order and they had everything done correctly. Heard a rumor that they are considering another location in TV--Southern Trace/Wedgewood was mentioned. If you search jerseymikes in yahoo or google you can view their menu, albeit without pricing. I don't have enough posts to add the URL in a message yet!

I picked up a menu in January, so these prices should be pretty close, if not exactly, what they are now (disclaimer I am not an employee or in any way affiliated with jersey mikes, just a fan!)

mini subs = $4.49 to 4.79

regular subs= $5.45 to 6.95

giant subs= $9.95 to 11.95.

There are several 'categories' of subs. Again, google "jerseymikes" to view the menu...

this is an excerpt:

Any combination gladly accepted

• 2 Jersey Shore's Favorite Provolone, ham and cappacuolo
• 3 The American Classic Ham and provolone
• 14 The Veggie Swiss, provolone, green bell peppers
• 5 The Super Sub Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo
• 7 Turkey Breast and Provolone 99% fat free turkey! One of our most popular!
• 10 Albacore Tuna Fish Freshly made on premises!
• 6 Famous Roast Beef and Provolone Cooked on premises using only Certified Angus USDA choice top rounds – the best there is!
• 13 The Original Italian Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni
• 8 Club Sub Turkey, ham, provolone, bacon, mayo, of course Mike's Way!
• 9 Club Supreme Roast beef, turkey, swiss, bacon, mayo, of course Mike's Way!
All Cold Subs include Mike's Way with Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices

Cheese Steaks (Steak or Chicken)
• 17 Jersey Mike's Famous Philly Grilled onions and peppers
• 43 Chipotle Cheese Steak Grilled onions, peppers, chipotle mayo – Wow! You gotta have one!

Mmmnnn good! Jersey Mikes makes the best subs! We have a Jersey Mikes in Pittsburgh (McMurray) and they have lines going out the doors during Steelers games, etc. I wish we had one in Colony. They also have a sub card that gives you a "free" sandwich after a certain number of purchases. I cut out their coupons which appear in local newspapers and magazines. Also, they offer 10% off when you show them your VHO card. Not sure if POA offers a discount too.

Sad news to hear because we always enjoyed their subs. Being from Jersey we were hoping to be able to share them with you all. I think the place was hurt by the location. You had to know where it was to be able to find it which didn't help with the walk-ins I'm sure.

I also like firehouse subs and Publix makes a great sub sandwich, just tell them what you want on it, will have to try Jersey Mikes though. In D.C. Mangialardo's on Capitol Hill made the best subs I ever tasted.
