Is it worth bothering everyone about a one-time slip-up at a restaurant? Why not wait until there are two in a short period of time? Then we might be interested.

Very, very few businesses of any type are responsive on a timely basis to contacts through their website.

Not my experience at all, especially when they have a customized system for providing customer feedback. When I owned a business, I never ignored a customer. A good way to lose business.

Not the end of the world. It's a restaurant review, nothing more. That is the purpose of the forum, entitled "Restaurant Discussions".

I am particular about the sauce to cheese ratio. It has been difficult to
find good pizza in the villages. It is a matter of personal taste of course. I found what I consider to be excellent pizza, and if all places at a chain. Marcos, your tell them how much cheese and sauce you want with every order. Their crust is world class. You may enjoy this pizza.

Sorry to bother you, but most restaurant reviews are about one visit, not multiple visits.

Default Two times charm for Mallory pizza

We live close to Mallory Hills CC and order pizza to take home. WE ordered one with mushrooms and green peppers and could hardly find the m & gp. The next time we ordered we asked for DOUBLE and would pay for the 2 extras. Could just about count each m & cp on one hand for each. Pizza always ok but the extras they seem to limit.

You may have been better off to bring up the issue while you were there. I know most business would correct the issue. Sounds like a one time issue. I’d give them another shot.

Did they change the recipe, have no recipe, or have an employee who ignores the recipe because they think everyone wants extra cheese? In my opinion, pizza should be made using a strict recipe where all ingredients are measured the same way every time.

I went to their website and sent a feedback message through their system and followed up on it. It has been 7 days, and I have received no reply or acknowledgement of any type. I have to conclude that the Mallory Hill restaurant is poorly managed.
Ok. This is your go to pizza place but you come here and give a lousy review and never spoke to the owner. Then you say you didn’t complain because it would have taken too long to make another pizza. Whats wrong with this picture.
