So, instead of simply asking "not too heavy on the cheese", you'll cut off your nose to spite your face...

I'm curious... When you order a steak, do you "tell the restaurant how to make it"? Or do you expect them to make it the way you like it?

Pizza - Correct, I don't tell them how to make it because they will not get it right.

Steak - I cook my own because the beef they use at local restaurants is low quality.

I like reading restaurant reviews, both positive and negative. To me, they are often helpful and useful. But, some posters seem to always need to criticize the reviewer for being wrong, unfair, or something else. My review is fair, complete, and accurate. And my feedback to the restaurant was very detailed and appropriate, and raised questions that the restaurant didn't want to answer. I would suggest that, instead of criticizing the reviewer, it would be more helpful to post your own review.

Very true. Went to an Italian restaurant that we have been to several times but never for pizza.

Decided to order Sicilian slices. Barely edible and disappointing. Will go back but not for sicilian.

You don't know that. That is why you are getting the comments that you are getting.

My question is: Just what is that you want from the restaurant. You complain that they are not answering you. What should they say? Are you looking for your money back? A coupon for free meal? You seem to want something.

For my tastes only pizza I found worth going back for Marco’s pepperoni. I gave up on supreme or combination pizza’s around here. Another thing I never tasted so much Blane Mexican food till I got here also. Gave up on that too.

Think your right. Not to mention that if a place of business has website that asks for comments or complaints, somebody should respond to complaints.

I don't want my money back or a free meal. I asked them if they changed their recipe or if the pizza maker made a mistake. If they changed the recipe, I won't go back. But, they didn't reply to me at all.

In my opinion, pizza should be made using a strict recipe where all ingredients are measured the same way every time.

I went to their website and sent a feedback message through their system and followed up on it. It has been 7 days, and I have received no reply or acknowledgement of any type. I have to conclude that the Mallory Hill restaurant is poorly managed.
It’s a simple question. Why didn’t you just ask if the recipe changed. It didn’t have to be a complaint. If it was a large party, perhaps they were trying to get the food out quickly. But wow, you’re a tough crowd. It’s been your go to and now after one not even bad experience, just too much cheese and not enough sauce is enough to make you not go back and post about it? Jeez.
