We only went there once (high season), and the service was very good. But we went for an early dinner (4:30) and were out before the lines were out the door.

It would be so much easier on everyone if TV restaurants would take reservations.

Not the servers, so much as the kitchen.

Mezza Luna is a quality Italian restaurant. Coming from the land of Italian restaurants, NY and NJ, I should know. I love Mezza Luna and I hope it prospers.

They have good southern Italian food, but their chicken and veal dishes are tough as nails and flavorless. I would stick with the tomato-based menu items,which are very good.

Default Mezza luna Not closed!!

I just got back from lunch at Mezza Luna and I heard 2 sets of guests tell the bartender that they heard that Mezza Luna was closing. Cathye the bartender was bartending and she asked that we squash that rumor. Please people, They are open and they are still have kept everything in the family. new management/ownership is all.
Lets try and squash this rumor for them please.

just a rumor. The brother in law, who was with Sal from the beginning is back in the picture. Sal finally got to retire.
