They put on mushrooms and if I remember correctly pepperoni as we ordered. Cheese was also on as would be expected. No the menu didn't say anything about sauce.

To me that is incredible. Not your description, but their not putting sauce on it. I always thought sauce was standard.

I happen to like "white pizza," but if I want it I have to specify it wherever I have gone.

No sauce at Red Sauce? Seems kind of ironic to me.

My Mom never put any type of sauce on her pizza and it is still the best I have ever had. Nothing will ever come close to it and I have a couple of old drag racing buddies that will agree. She used stewed tomato's after the liquid was drained. Also the other toppings were were cooked before being placed on the pizza so there was no grease from the sausage or pepperoni. She took great pleasure in making one sheet pizza for each of us as we headed out of town for another race.

I've had their pizza about 10 times. It always has sauce on it. I've never asked for sauce. Some one in the kitchen must not have been thinking.

Tony....maybe they put "gravy" on it.

Stopped at Red Sauce today - got the 2 for $12 menu. All you do is call the regular Red Sauce number and they will have your dinner - suggested time is by 11 AM to make sure you get it. Menu is not yet online, but you can pick one up where you check in for dinner. They were extemely nice.

Other than my husband's pizza, I think Red Sauce has easily the best in TV. I do not recall them having a mushroom pizza on their menu - an I know their pepperoni pizza does have red sauce on it. Army Guy will attest to this! Perhaps the waiter mistook the order for a white pizza?

We had dinner for four at Red Sauce. We all had pastas. I must say...what we ordered was awesome. All the pastas were steaming hot and flavorful. The staff was attentive and the ambiance was pulsing. Not sure about the Deli. Haven't tried that part.

Default Red Sauce

Red Sauce has excellent food and service. We eat there often and have never had a bad meal. There may have been some hiccups at first but not any longer. And no, they are not in trouble. They closed the deli so there would be more room for diners. Owners did not want people to wait long for a table and adding tables in the back helps a lot. No restaurant is perfect and every once in a while we may all have a bad experience.

Red Sauce has been our favorite dining location since we decided to build in TV. We'll be closing 4/15/11. We have eaten their 4-5 times and really enjpoyed sitting outside with our chiauhas and having the really great Lettuce wedge. Last time middle of February we were looking forward to having one of the two shrimp dishes on the menu. We had seen another party order the dish in a long rectangular plate and couldn't wait to try it. We could not have been more pleased to be there. The waitress wasn't sure which it was and we received the other shrimp dish. Not a terrible inconveneience, we could try it on our next visit, unfortunately the shrimp was luke warm and seemed as it if it had been microwaved due to what seemed like uneven heating. The side of pasta came and was cold and I asked if she could have the kitchen replace it as it was not hot. Replacement pasta came out and she noted it was steaming hot and regrettably it was just like the last. Understand to this point I love this reataurant. So much so the next day I went to their website and wanted to drop management a note for their benefit. There was no way to communicate except through a phone call and I'm not inclined to raise a fuss and often the message is not heard by the appropriate party. We will certainly go back but we are spreading our wings and experiencing other fine restaurants in LSL while we visit during our building process.
