Anytime someone is Forced to pay, I think this is communism, Go ahead and flame me for this comment, but that's what it is. When I was in Europe that's how they did it. No smiles, service was fine not terrific because they don't have to work for it.

I have been in the service industry my whole life. Most people tip and quite well. Of course there are some folks that don't feel they need to but Karma is there and say la vie
