I don't think any of the posts are going to change anybody's mind about anything. Some in particular just go round and round and round....

I disagree.

Sites such as Yelp/Urbanspoon/Opentable/Etc. exist because of mostly "anonymous" posters...and are used by a lot of people to decide where to eat.

I agree those sites are available and people use them. I don't trust what people can anonymously post on them or TOTV. I'll decide for myself if I want to try an establishment.

I agree.
Otherwise, I would not be visiting any restaurants in TV based on the posts I have read the last 10 years on TOTV.

I think that's obvious, as we are all capable and allowed...to make our own determination.

Reviews, both good and bad, simply indicate what those who took the time to post...thought of the establishment.

It's interesting that many here who complain about negative reviews of a particular location...have no problems with those who only post raving reviews.

Which is a good reason, IMHO, to have a scale (e.g. 1-5) so that an overall score can be shown...which takes into account good & bad reviews.

I personally prefer to read a plethora of reviews before I make up my mind, while also recognizing...that not everyone shares my preference.

Exactly, I find that many of the reviews are simply a matter of personal preference.

Picture of my wife's salad below. Thanks Cody's! **THIS WAS A TAKEOUT ORDER, not leftovers**

Ya know I get more and more discouraged about the quality of the work force everyday. There is no reason why things like this should happen. To many people have a I could care attitude. Just like Mickey 'Ds'. There is no reason not to get the order correct. If you can't handle this simple job then how are you expected to handle something really difficult. Does this person realize how much this will cost the restaurant?

It's called negligence.

You should report the matter to The Florida Department of Health at 850-245-4444 or
via the internet at the LINK below. They will take appropriate action.

My wife came up with an out of the box idea that works like a charm. She noticed several people who have problems with almost every place they go and can't wait to report it here before the meal has even been digested. We write the establishments name down and try to get there to see what the hubbub is all about bub. We have enjoyed each meal so far. The ones that are not clean don't get a chance.

For the first year we lived here we ate home maybe once or twice a week. We were on The Villages World Tour until eating out every day became a chore, wasn't really fun anymore. Now we go out 2 or 3 times a week and eat healthy at home guided by our Villages Doctor. Very sorry for the OP'S glove problem, that's terrible.

Yep, high. Maybe the original purchase covered something else, as well.

Aren't the blue gloves for the cough exam and the other worserer one?

Off topic, we have two beautiful Black Snakes who don't want to bother us at all. You would be proud, me no more screaming like a little sissy Mary. See that having you back I'm laughing already.
