I don't think I would go back for the second but I sure wouldn't go back for a third

Go speed limit or less and it won't matter.

Popular road to avoid Rolling Acres or Morse. I can’t blame residents living on that road for wanting speed enforcement, their residential neighborhood has become an automobile cut through.

I wouldn't consider Morse Blvd. to be a "residential road".

Talking about Chula Vista, which is a residential road people take to avoid Morse or Rolling Acres. Morse is definitely not a residential road.

Where would you be coming from / going to that Chula Vista would be a reasonable alternate for either Morse or Rolling Acres?

It's not. Someone is directionally challenged. And nobody in their right mind would think that going down Chula is quicker than going down 466. Unless you get behind all these geezers who aren't capable of driving the speed limit, which happens on both streets.

The speed limit is the MAXIMUM you should be going, under ideal conditions

If someone chooses to drive slower than that, then that is their decision, not yours

Likewise, if someone chooses to break the speed limit and gets caught and fined then they have no right to complain - of course they think they are superb drivers and the law doesn't apply to them, but that's not the way it works, and we should all be grateful for that

Florida law allows police to ticket drivers who impede traffic by driving too slowly, especially in the left lane when others are trying to pass. This is considered a moving violation, and can result in fines and points on your license

And if you are only capable of driving a car 20 mph in a 45 mph zone, you need to turn in your drivers license. I'm pretty sure I was behind you today/
