Default MLS Realtor

We have a Villages sales contact but would also like to find a great MLS realtor for Villages properties. If you know a good one through your experience, please share any info that would help us decide who to call.
THANKS!

Realty Executives in the Villages. Ask for Sally Love. She's a real workahalic and can sell a man a block of salt in the desert. Very honest. I can't say enough. The company is second to none.

If you are recommending a buyer's agent for the writers ('69Ludwigs),
they should be aware that a buyer's agent will charge them a commission.

If I was a buyer, I would not pay a commission for that purpose.
A "transaction agent" receives their split from handling the deal and is paid by the seller.
There are many excellent transaction agents around
.

Used Karol Clark and Marge Ross from Reality Executives. You can see their work on Focus on The Villages. Very satisfied. Was nice having two people work for you for the price of one.

I've never heard of a buyer paying a commission.

If you've never heard of a Buyer's Agent, it's probably because you've never used one.

I was a Realtor for 30 years and never acted as a buyer's agent,
and none of my friends or associates ever did either.
We worked as transaction agents which simply means (in a nutshell),
that we handled the sale and had to treat everyone fairly.

I've used a realtor to help me find a property and when they did, they received their full commission (from the seller) if it was a property that they were contracted to sell.

If it was another realtors listing, they would receive a co-broke agreed amount. Nothing ever came out of my pocket to a realtor.

Is this a particular state broker law? If so, what state?

Try NANCY SHEEHAN from ERA....you can google her. We have listed our place with the Villages for sale (big mistake) as it is clearly a conflict of interest; ALL the Sales people are now selling preowned & new and although Management denies it, their Sales people are encouraged to push new home sales CONVENIENTLY leaving out the details of the cost for the bond.

NANCY SHEEHAN was highly ethical when we were first looking she refused to take us into a house that was near the power lines/transformers which is a topic of much debate in terms of causing cancer............THAT'S AN ETHICAL REALTOR!!
