Sure it is already freezing here.
And I could list 100 reasons not to liver here.
But it about $10 per foot.

Yup. Definitely a dream house, but location, location, location!

Wow. I had to chuckle at the red heart tub with carpet in the bathroom. This place could probably be turned into a B&B with some blood, sweat and tears. The character of the home is beautiful.

As one of the poster on the sight stated:

"Huge house but reasonably priced to reflect the condition and limited market appeal for a house of this size and style."

The selling price would be the lowest number one would encounter as an owner of such a home.

Beautiful woodwood work and detail.

Belongs in the southeast USA low country.

WOW!!! Hold it for me, as I want to move into the wintry mix, in Dixon, Il.

Seriously dude, you need to move to TV.

The question becomes, "what is worth to get on with the rest of your life"?

C'mon man!!!

I am certain that many residents of Dixon, Illinois are very offended and frankly I can't blame them. If you can't anything nice about a person place or thing than its better to say nothing at all.
