I'm considering purchasing a 2015 Honda CRV but I read that there is a shaking or vibration problem when stopped at a light. Any one having this problem?

We seriously considered a CRV when we bought back in December; drove several '15 CRV's and they just didn't feel right with the CV transmission. Ended up buying a '15 Titanium Escape w/ the 2.0 Ecoboost, handles like a sports car and rides great.

Bought a 2015 CRV Touring model mid December. Already put 5200 miles on...no problems at all. Love the camera that goes on with right turn signal. Big help driving loaded car on I-95.

We bought a 2012 within days of their release and it has been trouble free and a very nice ride since (we often drive to TV from NJ with it). Here is a picture of ours - check out that NJ plate - parked across from the Tommy Bahama store in Brownwood.

I have been driving mine for 13 years! Best car I have ever owned. Not one problem with it.
We live by the beach, and salt has never been a problem either. Great vehicle!!

Test drive the one you like and if it's OK then buy it. Always test drive the car you want to buy before buying it....This test drive has saved me twice from buying a new car that just wasn't right. One had a vibration and the other had a smell of brakes dragging. Of course the salesman said they could fix that but why buy a new car and have to have it fixed?

We bought a new 2014 to avoid getting the 2015 which is using the CVT (continuous variable) transmission. We did not want it because it was the first year they were putting them in the CRVs.

My sister, her two daughters and my brother all drive CRFs and love them. Never heard anything about shaking.

I had one when I lived in Manila and never had a problem with it.

You can't go wrong with Honda or Toyota. I prefer Toyotas myself and drive a Lexus. But I'd buy a Honda in a heartbeat.

Thanks for the link. I guess we've been fortunate with our 2012 which has never had this issue.
