Default Merchants going into Magnolia plaza?

Aside from Publix and Villages Golf Cars, does anyone know what else (restaurants) is going into Magnolia plaza? I searched around, but couldn’t find a reliable source.

Thank you

Here's a thread from March. No telling if it's still current though.

We are in the middle of the worst pandemic of our lifetime. Essential stuff like groceries (and golf carts) are still in high demand, but a large percentage of the population will avoid non-essential things like dinning out until they feel safe. During these times, many restaurants are closing and very few are starting up at a new location. Most businesses would be wise to wait for a more predictable and stable environment before putting capital at risk.

" The first restaurant to be located at Magnolia Plaza will be Willie Jewell’s Old School Bar-B-Q. The first Willie Jewell’s was founded in 2009 in Charleston, S.C. But the restaurant’s roots date back to 1949 when it was originally founded as Bono’s in Jacksonville. Willie Jewell’s boasts a 70-year tradition of slow-cooked pit barbecue.

Other retailers coming to Magnolia Plaza include The Villages Golf Cars, Salon Jaylee and Safe Ship package and shipping. There will also be a Citizens First Bank branch."

You have to remember the kids are in charge now. They built all those homes with no stores or restaurants. Oh,they do have a restaurant in Fenney lol. They promised to have restaurants in that area five years ago. They’re still working on it. Good luck on getting anyone there to serve the community. Expensive

If they would have built a grocery 5 years ago, they might have seen 10 customers a day. Grocery opens when clientele reaches a certain population. They are not in business to throw away food. We do shop at each new grocery that opens for the first few months, cause nobody is there. Even during high season.
Up north it’s 40 minutes to a grocery, so 10 minutes here is not a big deal.
You must have lived in a great location previously to be a few minutes from any shopping, and expect the same in a new area.

Each resident has waited for the dust to settle from the building of their new neighborhood, people to move in, and a grocery to shop at. It’s been going on since we started coming here in 07.

If you look in construction update in the Local News section of the newspaper, you can get a good idea of the businesses going into Magnolia.
