No, Lake County residents want the new COSTCO go in on Morse Blvd. instead of high-rise multi-family apartments at Hacienda. Lake County is considering it.

Default Costco 466

The Morris property on 466 has for sale signs on it.
That’s where the new Costco is going!

What is so great about living next to a grocery store? Noisy, dirty, lots of traffic. I’d rather live here where it is quiet and drive to the store when I need to go.

There is no Costco coming to the villages! I just read the list of Costco’s being built in 2021 and 2022.. Not one is coming to Florida and in fact many are going to Canada.

Thank you ! First person here who took the train to reality. To lease from the Morse’s it’s 30% higher and they extract a piece of the sales or income as well!
