Default Time for a dome
I think the developers are making more than enough money off of us that they should pay for a dome over all of TV and air-condition it.

I am trying to clean my car today and baby it's hot outside!

I would go for that. They could even make it an amenity and raise my fees $5/month. There is an extremely narrow window during which I can water my container plants without burning my feet!
