I have heard many say what they think is most important to them in buying or building here.

What five upgrades do you consider the most important to you in your villages home? What would you have changed?

Default Must haves

1. Stretch as much as possible
2. Tile throughout
3. Recessed lighting
4. Additional outlets
5. Wish they offered an option in the Gardenia for the pantry and the wall oven to be in the kitchen. We had to put our pantry in the laundry room.
6. Half bath in all models!!!

Sorry, I went over my limit.

it's just my preference.....I had the washer and dryer/laundry room in the pass through from the garage to the kitchen in my house in Orlando, but in Illinois I had a separate laundry/pantry. The whole time we lived in Orlando, I wished that we didn't have to dodge laundry while coming in the house from the garage! I guess I am just picky!

I like a cul de sac because there's not traffic going by, unless they live there, AND you can have neighborhood parties in the cul de sac!
